DeShark Consulting LLC is a Tax Resolution firm that specializes in providing lasting solutions to businesses and individuals that find themselves at odds with the IRS or State taxing agencies. Our staff and contractors are highly experienced tax and legal experts who are in the frontlines defending our client’s taxpayers’ rights daily. Dealing with the IRS can especially be very tasking and fearful; however, our clients do not have to speak with the IRS or live in fear once we have been retained to represent them.

OUR STORY
DeShark Consulting LLC was founded by Shakirat Olanrewaju after volunteering at the Houston Volunteer Program and realizing how terrified taxpayers were off the IRS. She became very passionate about fighting to make sure her clients were no being bullied by aggressive IRS agents and ensured they did not pay a dime more than they legally had to pay.
Founder, Shakirat Olanrewaju graduated from University of Texas, Arlington with a degree in Accounting and started her career in Deloitte. While at Deloitte, she completed her MBA at the University of Houston, Victoria and later moved on to obtain her license as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CTRS (Certified Tax Resolution Specialist). Her passion for serving low income earners led her to finding her passion in Tax Resolution.
DeShark Consulting LLC fights for distressed taxpayers against the IRS and large national firms that take undue advantage of individuals and small businesses. Majority of our clients come from larger firms that charge large fees and then leave the distressed taxpayer in limbo for months and years, without communication or results.
